We cannot give personal tax advice
We can explain how the official rates work, but we cannot advise on your own purchase. For that, ask your solicitor or conveyancer, or contact HMRC, Revenue Scotland or the Welsh Revenue Authority.
When we reply
We aim to reply as soon as we can. Reports of errors in rates are checked first, against the official source.
