Who we are
NCL PREP SERVICES LTD runs Tax Worked Out and is the data controller for any personal data the website handles. Contact us at hello@taxworkedout.co.uk.
What we collect
The calculators run in your browser. The prices and options you enter are not sent to us or stored. We do not use cookies, and you do not need an account.
Hosting and security logs
Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any website host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. It does not use cookies, does not store anything on your device and does not track you across other websites. We see the results only as totals.
If you email us
Emails to hello@taxworkedout.co.uk are forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to an inbox provided by Google (Gmail). We use your email address and message only to reply to you, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
Why we can use this data
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: running a secure website, understanding which pages help people, and answering the emails you send us.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- ask us to correct it
- ask us to delete it
- object to how we use it
To use any of these rights, email us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Changes
If we add advertising, we will update this page before it goes live.
